Payment: A $50.00 deposit is required, balance is due upon delivery.
Cancellations: Reservations can be canceled; however, the deposit is not refundable. You may use the deposit toward a future rental within 1 year. For safety reasons, Bouncing Moonwalks reserves the right to cancel in the event of inclement or adverse weather (rain or winds above 15 mph). Your rental will be rescheduled.
Rainy day policy: Rain checks will be issued for a future use in the event of rain the day of rental. No refunds or rain checks after delivery is made.
We have the right to cancel reservations at any time.
